Do you know Antonio?

My name is Antonio Della Corte, and I am a certified Irish national tour guide.

Ireland. My passion lies in hidden places, those known only to the locals. Being a very curious person, I have had the opportunity to uncover many of them over the years. I enjoy engaging people in a mix of experiences, where they can appreciate the most famous tourist attractions while also being enchanted by hidden corners. This way, in just a few hours or days, they can get a taste of what this fantastic island has to offer.

Elisa

Dia Dhuit!  Hello everyone!

My name is Elisa, and I consider myself Italo-Irish. I have been living in Ireland for over a decade, having moved from the province of Rome with my family when I was just 13 years old.

The decision to come to Ireland stemmed from my parents’ courage and desire to raise us in an English-speaking country with a less hectic lifestyle. But truth be told, I had been dreaming of Ireland since I was a child.

Two years ago, I embarked on a career as a tour guide and tour leader after gaining experience in hospitality. This choice was driven by my immense love for this country and my desire for a dynamic career with a touch of adventure!

I love sharing with tourists the beauty and uniqueness of this country, offering the perspective of Irish youth and the traditions of a land that feels a little magical.

Giulio

My name is Giulio, and I come from Molise. I am a Failte Ireland approved and certified guide, officially registered in the Irish guides’ directory since 2022.

My story in Ireland began in 2004 when I was running a bar in a small town not far from the Abruzzo, Lazio, and Molise National Park. In September of that year, I took my first trip to Dublin, driven by curiosity about the Emerald Isle and, above all, its music represented by bands and artists like U2, The Cranberries, Enya, Van Morrison, The Corrs, Thin Lizzy, and so many more.

Music is my greatest passion, if not my reason for living!

After exploring only the city center and Temple Bar, I had already fallen in love with Dublin within just a few days. So much so that I returned three more times before finally moving here in 2011, closing down my well-established business. My dream was slowly coming true, even though adapting to a new life was not without its challenges.

Over the years, I had the opportunity to travel far and wide across the island, meeting fantastic people and visiting incredible places. At the same time, I welcomed friends and family, showing them around places I had grown to know so well. It was actually some friends who strongly encouraged me to go back to studying to become a professional guide—so that my passion for this magnificent island could also become my career. After a year of college, I earned my Regional Tour Guide badge, and after the challenges of Covid, I became a National Tour Guide in 2021.

My “mission” is to showcase the beauty of these places and allow visitors to experience Ireland through the eyes of a local or someone who lives here daily.** I share fascinating anecdotes and stories of local life, often exploring places unknown to most. In the end, this experience is what tourists and travelers truly seek: to immerse themselves completely in the reality of this wonderful country, which warmly welcomes millions of visitors from all over the world every year.
